State Dept of Social and Health Services is currently requiring providers to go to the Alliance for Child Welfare (ACW) for their training guidelines. ACW requires you to take ProTrainings ProBloodBorne (bloodborne pathogens) and ProFirstAid blended (CPR/AED/First Aid for all ages) courses. You are able to utilize the 100% online ProFirstAid certification and submit that to your licensing dept. (as incomplete) until the COVID-19 face-to-face restrictions for hands-on are lifted and it will be accepted. (Once the CPR skills assessment portion is safe to administer, the state will require you to retake the ProFirstAid course with the hands-on portion.) |
