A 100% online CPR will only be an option upon the discretion of the employer. 10A NCAC 09 .1102 HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS(c) All staff who provide direct care or accompany children when they are off premises shall successfully complete certification in First Aid appropriate to the ages of children in care.(d) All staff who provide direct care or accompany children when they are off premises shall successfully complete certification in a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course appropriate to the ages of children in care.
